Forgot to bring home my HRM and wasn’t feeling too healthy after my chest infection and Christmas flu experiences. Low resistance on the turbo, single leg exercises after a slow(isn) warm up.

Turbo Session

Lindsey out for Clandestine Cake Club, so I burnt off some more calories and spun the legs after the race at lunchtime. No strenuous effort at all, just 50 mins or so gentle effort.
