Turbo Intervals Session
Evening turbo session intervals. Warm up gently for 5 mins. 15x 30 seconds max effort with 60 seconds rest. 5 mins cool down.
Lunchtime 10K
Snow at home, but no snow on the ground in London. Was very lightly snowing turning to light rain. Gentle run, chatting all the way around, discussing some up coming training sessions.
12K pre breakfast run
