Slow long run to start the week. Wormwood Scrubs park was a little damp so we decided to run round not through it.

Lindsey out and Alex in bed, so turbo session.  Legs still quite tired and stiff from the big week, only really managed 39mins

5k Lunch

Legs feeling better after a rest day yesterday (apart from the turbo session in the evening!). 5km fast run with Tony and Mark, as next friday is the “Final Friday 5K Race” at serpentine park.
