Lunchtime 10k

Normal route around the park. Still just having a gentle run whilst chatting, just slowly bringing the base mileage up, 30km run this week.

Lunchtime 10k

Snow almost completely disappeared. Park has turned to bog again, so back to running on the pavements around the park. Gently run with a chat all the way round, still managed to knock 2 mins of previous days time.

Evening turbo session intervals. Warm up gently for 5 mins. 15x 30 seconds max effort with 60 seconds rest. 10 mins cool down.
