Brick Session

Weekly Round up
Week consisted of three 10k runs, two turbo sessions. No long runs this week, scuppered by snow on Friday night and all of Saturday, plus a lack of cement pills on my part.
Lunchtime 10K
Run with Mark as Tony was off. Planned on gentle run, but ended up running at 8min/mile pace. Very windy and cold, at one point the wind almost stopped us in our tracks.
