Ridlins Training Session 2 x 5 by 200m
Monday night track session at Ridlins. Cycled down and back. Warm up. Main session was 5 times 200m with 30 sec rest followed by 5min rest, then another 5 times 200m with 30 sec. Cool down.
Turbo interval session
Quick session on the turbo as The Wife was out. Did plan on doing three full intervals, but stopped before the end of the third due to numbness.
Ridlins Athletic Track session
First athletics track session for several weeks. Pyramid run, 800m, 600m, 500m, 400m, 300m, 200m and 100m. Painful but productive.
5mile lunch run
Went for a 5 mile run with Tony and Mark. Run out as a group at a reasonable pace, negative split on the return at a higher pace.
Turbo session
Quick turbo session as Lindsey was out for the evening. Forgot to setup the floor standing fan, so managed one proper interval, then bailed halfway through the second.
