Lunchtime 10K Farklet
Lunchtime roles around again, this time our standard 10km with farklet, going hard on the uphill/difficult sections. 4 lots of faster work. Really feeling it by the last fast section.
8 Mile Lunch #1
Slightly longer distance and a new distance record of 8 Miles or 13km. Feeling fresh after the weekend with little on, so pretty good and done at a gentle-ish pace for 1h10.

Lunchtime 10K
Slow jog with Tony, as legs still feeling a bit heavy from Monday and Tuesday’s effort. Chatting the whole way round, not pushing it at all, just getting the distance done.

Tuesday Trot
Still a little sore from yesterday’s double day, opted to skip the 10km that Tony and Mark were planning and took up the BBC Runners Tuesday Trot, a 5km handicap run.
