Turbo Session
Turbo session, second for the week. Interval session, warm up, then crank up gears until hit max effort, then back off for couple of km and do it again.
Turbo Interval Session
Turbo session with intervals whilst in TT aero position on the TriBars. Warm up then increase gearing every 1km until reach max effort.
