Lunchtime 10K
Lunchtime 10km run with Tony and Mark. Threw in a little speed play (Farklet) up the Old Oak Lane Ascent and back along the canal tow path. New 10km PB of 49:35 (previous was 52:38!)

Weekly Round up
Decided to skip Monday’s run due to a tight hamstring I’d had since the previous Friday’s run. Started some new stretching regimes to try and combat strains and improve flexibility. Trying to stretch three times a day.

Good paced 10km run. Talking all the way around. Paced at about 5:15/km for a 54:38min run. A second best 10km time yet again.
