Lunchtime 10k
Snow almost completely disappeared. Park has turned to bog again, so back to running on the pavements around the park. Gently run with a chat all the way round, still managed to knock 2 mins of previous days time.
Turbo Interval Session
Evening turbo session intervals. Warm up gently for 5 mins. 15x 30 seconds max effort with 60 seconds rest. 10 mins cool down.
