Just after Christmas I order some Extreme Endurance as a sample for roughly one month.
Dosage is 4 tablets daily if training less than 5 times a week, 6 tablets for 5 or more training sessions a week.
At a dosage of 4 a day (2 morning, 2 evening) I should have about 48 days worth (you can build up to 8 per day for a race).
