Post race turbo session

Two days after The Human Race, generally feeling okay, slight stiffness/ache in thighs.

As I couldn’t go to Ridlins Track on the the Monday evening, I did a 30 min session on the turbo.

Session Details

Started with gentle spinning for 2km or so, then increasing resistance, go up the gears every 1km until HR hits Zone 5.

Drop down to gentle spinning again for recovery, then another interval.
